What you will do

• Lead an assigned project from inception to completion.
• Apply technical and analytical skills to tangible business challenges such as rider routing optimization and vendor acquisition scaling.
• Work with real, high-volume data to support market strategy.
• Collaborate with local teams, regional hubs, and stakeholders across different seniority levels and backgrounds.
• Use e-learning tools and internal training modules to develop leadership and project management capabilities.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizenship is mandatory for MySIP/DTD compliance.
• Current full-time enrollment at an accredited institution of higher learning is required.
• Availability for a minimum commitment of 4 months, or 16 weeks.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, presentation, strategic-thinking, and agile-working skills.
• Relevant studies in STEM, business and management, or social sciences, with evidence of leadership and effective time management.
