Installation Manager (Security Systems)

Location: Onsite at the Pentagon in Washington, DC; U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are required

Salary: $106,950–$160,425 per year, based on contract affordability, qualifications, experience, and internal parity.

What you will do

• Lead installation Delivery Orders from proposal development and award through execution, completion, customer acceptance, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain periods of performance and installation schedules.
• Plan and oversee technical security system installation activities and manage installation personnel.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, resources, and technical activities with program management, engineering, logistics, subcontractors, and customer representatives.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule, staffing, technical, and execution risks.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions while ensuring contractual and customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project planning for security systems and managing technical security installation personnel.
• At least 7 years of experience working with complex security systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMI Project Management Professional, Scrum, Agile, or Program Management certification.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work onsite at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
