Working Student (KNIME)

Location: Berlin, Germany; onsite in the Kreuzberg office two days per week

hirify.global develops software for data analytics and provides tools used to build workflows, Data Apps, and Reports.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day data and analytics requests, taking scoped tasks from analysis through clear handover.
• Build and maintain data ingestion workflows and keep scheduled pipelines running as data sources change.
• Build Data Apps and Reports used by teams across hirify.global to answer business questions.
• Research questions from internal teams and provide actionable answers.
• Improve existing workflows, Data Apps, and Reports through performance tuning, cleanup, and documentation.
• Structure work independently, clarify scope upfront, and ask for support when needed.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a university or Hochschule in Berlin, based in Berlin, with at least 12 months of study remaining.
• Available for at least 16 hours per week and able to work onsite two days per week.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global and data science fundamentals.
• Solid SQL and database basics.
• Ability to independently research sources, assess relevance, and explain actionable conclusions.
• Fluent English. Ability to draft Data Apps and Reports with AI support and explain the results.

Nice to have

• hirify.global L3 certification.
• Experience with schedules, spaces, and deployments in hirify.global.
• Python or JavaScript for small snippets and custom visualizations.
• German alongside English.
