Warehouse/Internal Logistics Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Frosinone, Italy

Minimum annual salary: €33,000 plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Define internal logistics flows for production lines using lean manufacturing concepts.
• Design and optimize material storage and logistics layouts.
• Maintain complete and accurate warehouse data in the ERP system.
• Participate in regular inventory control activities.
• Coordinate packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatch operations safely and efficiently.
• Analyze warehouse KPIs and recommend data-driven process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills and basic SAP knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse and logistics operations and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience using KPI analysis to optimize warehouse processes and material flows.
• Degree in Engineering or Economics.
• Professional communication skills in English and Italian.
