What you will do

• Support the organization and follow-up of Global Transplant meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking.
• Coordinate materials and internal stakeholders for major congress activities, including ESOT Congress 2027.
• Prepare and format presentations, templates, transplant plans, and working documents.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, action plans, and budget follow-up.
• Coordinate partnership activities and cross-functional inputs from Medical, Communications, Health Equity, and other functions.
• Consolidate and quality-check affiliate inputs and deliverables.

Requirements

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Management, or a related field.
• Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, structured, proactive, and hands-on.
