Project Support Intern (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Release purchase requisitions and call-off orders for goods and services from external suppliers in SAP.
• Release intercompany purchase orders for cables, accessories, installation, and jointing services.
• Release order confirmations to trigger production processes at the Arco Felice plant in Naples.
• Maintain customer master data and support shipment planning for cables, equipment, and consumables.
• Prepare shipping invoices, packing lists, certificates, customs instructions, and loading or unloading documents.
• Track deliveries and maintain project archives for shipments and intercompany purchase orders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Languages, or International Relations.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility and strong teamwork skills.
