Sorting Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Follow sorting standards and order information to classify, pick, and transport goods according to flow direction.
• Operate conveyors, scanners, and other sorting equipment while performing daily cleaning and inspections.
• Review sorted goods for quantity and category accuracy and record damaged or mis-picked items.
• Report equipment faults, support repairs, and help reduce downtime.
• Coordinate wave task allocation with the team leader and collaborate with packing and outbound operations.
• Participate in on-site 6S management and support emergency order changes and exception handling.

Requirements

• Experience or proficiency in sorting operations and the use of warehouse sorting equipment.
• Ability to inspect goods, identify exceptions, and maintain sorting accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and collaborate with packing, outbound, and other logistics functions.
• Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
• Ability to work onsite in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, in a fast-paced operational environment.
