What you will do

• Source and screen candidates for technology roles.
• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, the internal ATS, and local job boards.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
• Support market mapping, competitor research, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment projects.
• Participate in hiring meetings and suggest recruitment process improvements.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with an ongoing or completed bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Comfort working in an international, technology-driven environment; proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• English and Mandarin bilingual proficiency is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
