Sr. Manager, BI Portfolio Reporting Lead (BI)

What you will do

• Partner with Medical Affairs stakeholders to translate business needs and success criteria into data and analytics solutions.
• Define requirements, articulate problem statements, and measure solution value for BI, analytics, and AI products.
• Support BI product development through user experience and interface alignment, prototyping, development, and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder success through schedule adherence and rigorous product and project execution.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs home office and field teams, hirify.global IT, third-party vendors, and internal partners.
• Develop operational procedures and oversee data flows and report refreshes for timely and accurate dashboard delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, and business-facing dashboard development.
• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and communicating solution requirements with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, vendors, and internal partners while delivering on time and on budget.

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of medallion data architecture and data mesh product management.
• Experience with Veeva CRM.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
