Lead - Consultant (Data & Analytics)

What you will do

• Support business solution design and proposal development for data, analytics, and insights services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to orchestrate customized client solutions.
• Provide presales support by assessing client needs in marketing operations, data, and analytics.
• Lead RFP responses, end-to-end bid management, proposal authoring, and proposal defense discussions.
• Identify new business opportunities, value-added solutions, and expansion opportunities for existing accounts.
• Lead ideation sessions, develop win themes and value propositions, support client visits and go-to-market initiatives, and create case studies and business cases.

Requirements

• MBA degree and 7–9 years of overall experience.
• Strong experience in data management, analytics, and generating business insights.
• Proven experience in presales, solutioning, and proposal development in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, written, and verbal articulation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, Tableau, Dataiku, R, Power BI, and AI/ML concepts applied to healthcare or pharma.
