Senior Solution Architect with Agentic AI

What you will do

• Develop architecture blueprints for enterprise-scale agentic AI platforms.
• Define agent orchestration patterns, multi-agent collaboration models, memory management, and runtime execution strategies.
• Design agent-to-tool and agent-to-agent integration frameworks using MCP, A2A, function calling, and related protocols.
• Establish architecture standards for RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, context management, model routing, and output evaluation.
• Design governance frameworks covering authorization, identity management, policy enforcement, auditability, monitoring, tracing, and safety evaluation.
• Lead architecture reviews, collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams, and provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software architecture experience.
• 2+ years architecting production-grade LLM applications or agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on production experience with LangGraph, Strands, AutoGen, CrewAI, or an equivalent agent orchestration framework.
• Experience designing platform-level agent-to-tool integration layers and architecting at least two agentic-system domains, such as runtime environments, gateway integrations, identity and policy enforcement, or observability and evaluation platforms.
• Experience defining architecture standards, making technology decisions, and presenting solutions at architecture or governance reviews.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably AWS, and modern LLM application architecture including RAG, prompt engineering, model orchestration, and evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore and its Runtime, Gateway, Registry, Policy, Evaluation, and Observability capabilities.
• Knowledge of Cedar, Open Policy Agent, MCP, and A2A protocols.
• Experience in enterprise, regulated, or highly governed environments.
• Experience designing agent identity solutions, non-human identity federation, and AI governance or security frameworks.
• Experience supporting large-scale AI platform initiatives across multiple business domains.
