What you will do

• Shape the technical direction of a production-grade Autonomous Agentic Platform.
• Define reusable agentic engineering patterns, interfaces, and workflows for SDLC execution.
• Lead implementation strategy for MCP tools, context pipelines, and orchestration patterns.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate vision into executable technical systems.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, observability, and agentic workflow governance.
• Mentor technical leads and engineers to resolve design questions and raise the quality bar.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and scaling complex software platforms, including AI-centric distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and REST/OpenAPI.
• Advanced AI/ML engineering experience with LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and context engineering.
• Deep understanding of microservices, C4 modeling, and contract-first engineering.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technical implementation and delivery risks.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
