Solutions Senior Architect (FDE, AI)

What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
• Own delivery end to end, from scoping and solution design through production deployment and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Document deployment learnings, share best practices, and contribute feedback and code to hirify.global AI platforms.
• Collaborate with customers, product teams, and other stakeholders while adapting to emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong programming expertise in Python or another modern language such as C#, Node, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Git, GitHub, Pandas, and Spark.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI and distributed computing architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
• Experience or knowledge in agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, RAG architectures, and structured and unstructured knowledge integration.
• Degree-level education in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face and open-source AI ecosystems.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, CrewAI, agent protocols, and coordination mechanisms.
• Knowledge of system-level optimization and security practices for scalable AI systems.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises when required.
