What you will do

• Review logistics costs, insurance premiums, and other bills; identify discrepancies and resolve settlement exceptions.
• Manage accounts receivable aging, payment progress, collection strategies, and bad debt monitoring.
• Analyze settlement pain points, define system optimization requirements, and support implementation.
• Design automation tools to reduce manual intervention and improve settlement efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor contract terms, settlement documents, fund flows, and compliance risks.
• Produce settlement analysis reports, build data models, and provide decision-making support to management.

Requirements

• Experience with order-to-cash, settlement, accounts receivable, or financial operations processes.
• Ability to reconcile bills, analyze discrepancies, monitor receivables, and manage bad debt risks.
• Experience identifying process risks and improving financial systems or workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical departments and provide financial data support.
• Strong analytical skills for producing reports and modeling operational risks and optimization opportunities.
