What you will do
- Analyze complex business process requirements and translate them into SAP CRM system solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, gather customer requirements, and map business processes and objectives.
- Design, develop, customize, configure, and test CRM solutions.
- Investigate and resolve client issues, including high-priority changes and emergency transports.
- Prepare functional designs, test documentation, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, project managers, and clients to deliver integrated solutions and identify system enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on SAP CRM experience within Agile delivery squads.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant industry.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong problem-solving, customer-facing, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and potentially mentor junior team members.
