Workday HCM Specialist (Workday Recruiting): Optimizing Nasdaq's global Workday HCM use and Greenhouse ATS operations with an accent on system configuration, recruiting workflows, and consistent HR processes. Focus on gathering requirements, delivering full project life cycles, improving stakeholder experiences, and coordinating enhancements with an Agile team.
Location: BGC, Taguig City, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with at least 2 days per week in the office, potentially increasing to 3 days

What you will do
- Provide subject-matter expertise and consultative support for Workday HCM, especially Workday Recruiting.
- Gather requirements, configure systems, coordinate testing, and support deployment and change management.
- Assess functionality and contribute to projects from design through go-live.
- Collect stakeholder feedback and identify process improvements and opportunities for innovation.
- Develop roadmaps and project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to global stakeholders.
- Partner with an Agile team to improve HR business processes and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid experience designing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM, with particular strength in Workday Recruiting.
- Experience configuring and administering Greenhouse ATS, including workflows, candidate lifecycle, and recruiting processes.
- Experience implementing and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear communication and stakeholder-partnership skills across organizational levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS implementation projects.
- Experience supporting recruiting operations in a global environment.
- Experience with Workday Core HCM, Time & Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, or Talent & Performance.
- Workday certification or equivalent professional training.
- Experience handling highly confidential data in a global, matrixed environment.
