Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines; minimum 2 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing consultative support for configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage full project lifecycles for system enhancements, from initial design through change management to go-live.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain project plans and roadmaps for global HRIS enhancements.
- Partner with Agile teams to optimize HR business processes and ensure a consistent user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in designing and configuring Workday HCM, specifically Workday Recruiting.
- Experience administering Greenhouse ATS, including workflows and candidate lifecycles.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS implementation projects.
- Background in supporting global recruiting operations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Time & Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, or Talent & Performance.
- Workday certification or professional training.
- Experience handling confidential data in a global, matrixed environment.
