What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting for SAP applications.
- Provide L4-level support for SAP PI/PO and CPI landscapes, including production escalations.
- Analyze and resolve interface failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Develop and debug ABAP-based integrations including IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
- Support SAP Fiori applications, OData services, and backend ABAP integration.
- Participate in customer calls, RCA discussions, and provide technical mentoring to junior staff.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with 10+ years in SAP PI/PO and Fiori/ABAP.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO architecture, mapping, and adapters.
- Solid experience with SAP CPI iFlow development and troubleshooting.
- Strong ABAP debugging skills for integration scenarios.
- English proficiency required for communication with global customers.
