TL;DR
Senior SAP Customer Experience Consultant (SAP CX): Leading the implementation and transformation of customer-facing processes across sales and service with an accent on scalable SAP CX solutions and business process optimization. Focus on designing end-to-end Lead-to-Cash flows and integrating SAP with non-SAP applications to deliver measurable business value.
Location: Must be based in or around Greater Barcelona, Madrid, or Palma Metropolitan Area
Salary: Gross salary in the range of 52k€ - 62k€

What you will do
- Lead SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects.
- Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP CX solutions.
- Design and optimize end-to-end sales and service processes.
- Configure and implement SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and support presales activities and proposal creation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CX, SAP CRM, or related consulting roles.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP CX projects.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, and SAP Service Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Customer Engagement processes.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Mandatory Certifications: SAP Certified Associate – SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
Nice to have
- SAP Service Cloud Version 2 certification.
- Experience with SAP Emarsys, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration Suite, or Customer Data Cloud (CDC).
- German language skills.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Retail.
