Salary: Gross salary in the range of 52k€ - 62k€

What you will do

• Lead SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects.
• Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP CX solutions.
• Design and optimize end-to-end sales and service processes.
• Configure and implement SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support presales activities and proposal creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CX, SAP CRM, or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP CX projects.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, and SAP Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Customer Engagement processes.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Mandatory Certifications: SAP Certified Associate – SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.

Nice to have

• SAP Service Cloud Version 2 certification.
• Experience with SAP Emarsys, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration Suite, or Customer Data Cloud (CDC).
• German language skills.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Retail.
