SAP CRM Consultant (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead functional workstreams, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with project timelines.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications.
• Create and validate As-Is and To-Be process maps to support future state solutions.
• Perform system configuration and execute unit testing to ensure solution accuracy.
• Execute test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Contribute to capability development and knowledge sharing within the functional service line.

Requirements

• 12+ years of project experience, including 4+ full end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP CRM and C4C.
• Proven experience in functional lead and solution architect roles.
• Ability to independently build and manage business stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Energy industries.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies and delivery phases.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SD.
