What you will do

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues using SAP functional and technical expertise.
  • Support SAP Finance and Controlling processes (New GL, AR, AP, AA) for global clients.
  • Assist with customer customizations and share implementation and best-practice guidance.
  • Develop, test, package, and deliver fixes for critical product defects, including ABAP debug and tracing.
  • Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
  • Manage assigned key accounts as a technical/functional advisor and provide hands-on support via remote connectivity or test environments.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote from Malaysia
  • 6+ years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with SAP FICO modules.
  • 6+ years of direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance core modules (New GL, AR, AP, AA) and mandatory S/4HANA finance consulting experience.
  • ABAP skills for debugging and tracing (ABAP optimization is highly desirable).
  • English: Business level fluency required
