Head of Media Relations, Director (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid position in London, United Kingdom. Office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Develop strategic narratives for CEO and executive communications across Europe.
• Shape themes, messaging frameworks and points of view for leadership moments, thought leadership initiatives and strategic announcements.
• Create and edit speeches, scripts, talking points, social posts, memos and briefing materials.
• Own and evolve the European corporate narrative by connecting business strategy, client impact, innovation and market developments.
• Provide narrative counsel to Communications leaders and business stakeholders across the region.
• Integrate campaigns, announcements and executive engagements with broader reputation and business objectives.

Requirements

• Hands-on communications experience combining strategic thinking with execution.
• Exceptional storytelling, narrative development, speechwriting, copywriting and briefing-writing skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership visibility programmes.
• Strong understanding of corporate reputation, thought leadership and executive positioning.
• Ability to translate complex business, policy and technology topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strong judgement, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills, including experience delivering in a matrixed organisation.
