What you will do
- Maintain products by delivering workarounds and permanent resolutions within established SLAs.
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable code aligned with architectural standards.
- Prepare solution designs for new features and participate in code reviews with technical leads.
- Join client workshops and requirements analysis sessions to understand business needs.
- Document code and technical solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Provide flexibility beyond standard business hours, including shifts, limited on-call night support, and reasonable overtime.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development or a related engineering role.
- Strong programming knowledge in one or more languages, including PL/SQL or a similar language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex technical challenges.
- Experience with agile or waterfall development environments and their methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in financial services, treasury, or payments.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, SWIFT MT, or ISO 20022.
- Successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
