Creator Productivity Associate (Influencer Marketing)

What you will do

• Support creators through program applications, contract administration, in-platform workflows, and content deliverable tracking.
• Research potential creator partners and coordinate outreach campaigns, including communication waves, subject lines, and email scheduling.
• Collaborate with Creator Relations, Customer Solutions, and Technical Services to triage issues and resolve creator support tickets.
• Prepare periodic reports on creator activity and marketplace performance to support optimization and planning.
• Monitor influencer market trends, emerging social platforms, and product updates to improve creator support and outcomes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience or a strong demonstrated interest in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, or creator and talent partnerships.
• Familiarity with influencer or marketing SaaS platforms; experience with hirify.global is helpful but not required.
• Foundational project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, creators, and agencies.
• Comfort working with performance data and marketing analytics tools, including hirify.global and Gemini AI.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
