What you will do
- Define and own the influencer, streamer, and creator strategy across multiple operating companies.
- Set commercial objectives, KPIs, budgets, FTD targets, CPA, LTV, and ROI for creator partnerships.
- Evaluate performance across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Structure influencer contracts, commission models, payment frameworks, reporting dashboards, and performance commentary.
- Lead and scale the creator partnerships team while establishing operating and performance standards.
- Set regulatory guardrails, manage compliance risks, and advise senior stakeholders on creator activity.
Requirements
- Strong commercial judgment and confidence in senior-level decision-making.
- Structured, analytical approach combined with creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Leadership presence with the ability to build, mentor, and scale teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, regulated environments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
- Experience in online gaming, casino, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Existing iGaming influencer or streaming network, including Kick-era or Stake-style partnerships.
- Experience scaling creator programmes globally or developing customer retention strategies.
