What you will do

• Manage communications and campaigns to drive short and long-term social media strategy and protect brand reputation.
• Create and curate daily content, including customer videos, infographics, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces.
• Monitor community discussions and trends in real-time to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
• Act as the lead contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering data-driven reports linked to KPIs.
• Oversee team structure, including hiring, performance reviews, salary increases, and career path design for direct reports.
• Take responsibility for the delivery of OOH (Out-of-Home) services, including media, production, and finance.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Developer or Partner ecosystems.
• Track record of building strong relationships with clients, partners, and sales departments to drive growth.
• Experience creating engaging content for professional audiences via webinars, videos, and blogs.
• Strong knowledge of owned, earned, and paid media techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Must be based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
