Software Engineer (React/Node)

What you will do

• Collect requirements from shops, deployment specialists, support, and sales, then lead development of large features.
• Build features using AI-native development practices with Claude Code or Cursor.
• Work with tech leads on software architecture and data model design.
• Direct large development efforts through iterative loops and multiple agents.
• Create feature test plans, test workflows thoroughly, and collaborate with QA on feedback.
• Use operational logs and product metrics to collect feedback and improve the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of post-graduation software development experience.
• Experience with SQL and data model design.
• AI-native development experience.
• Development experience with React or a similar web application framework.
• Strong written and oral communication, with an action-oriented and self-directed approach.

Nice to have

• GraphQL experience.
• Experience with AI looping.
• AWS, Docker, or DataDog experience.
