Fixed Term Warehouse Specialist (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain)

Location: Harwell, England, United Kingdom. This is a site-based role requiring full-time onsite work and is not eligible for remote work. The position follows a fixed 2-2-3 Panama schedule with 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

hirify.global develops mRNA medicines and is establishing a research, development, and manufacturing facility at Harwell to support UK vaccine production.

What you will do

• Receive inbound deliveries and verify shipments, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain delivery and inventory records in quality management systems in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Pick, verify, label, handle, store, and move materials for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate internal deliveries, outbound shipments, and material movements across the Harwell site.
• Complete SAP transactions, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and expired-material segregation.
• Work with manufacturing and operational teams to ensure materials are available on time and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Full-time onsite presence at the Harwell site is required; remote work is not available.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in GMP or GDP operations and a highly regulated, pharmaceutical, or related environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Proficiency with SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other operational tools.
• Ability to lift and move products, work flexibly, and maintain strong attention to detail.
