TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/Terraform): Designing, scaling, and optimizing cloud and hybrid infrastructure for global client workloads with an accent on reliability, automation, performance, and continuous delivery. Focus on managing Kubernetes environments, building repeatable infrastructure with Terraform, developing CI/CD pipelines, and improving observability and security through monitoring and DevSecOps.

Location: Mexico or Colombia. Work type: Remote/Office.

What you will do

Design, scale, and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure for production workloads.
Build infrastructure automation and operational improvements with Terraform and configuration management tools.
Manage Kubernetes clusters and application deployments with Helm.
Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing, deployment, and release processes.
Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, security, and DevSecOps practices.
Support incident response, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and drive platform improvements.

Requirements

Advanced experience with Kubernetes cluster management and Helm-based application deployments.
Strong Linux administration, networking, and command-line troubleshooting skills in production environments.
Hands-on CI/CD experience with tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Advanced Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience, plus practical knowledge of Salt, Chef, or Puppet.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting and solid knowledge of cloud services including IAM, VPC, compute, and network security.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required for written and spoken daily communication.
