Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Manage and troubleshoot client onboarding pipelines on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Align client requirements with existing Platform-as-a-Service features and define new features when needed.
• Schedule and optimize batch jobs, including collaboration with clients to move toward event-driven processing.
• Participate in problem management for the Azure technology platform and perform configuration management and disaster recovery tasks.
• Lead design workshops with clients, vendors, and stakeholders in onsite and virtual formats.
• Support Agile onboarding programs, provide weekend support as needed, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of operational experience troubleshooting mission-critical software systems.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud environments, primarily Azure; AWS exposure is useful.
• Experience with networking, virtualization, storage, secrets management, messaging, serverless computing, and Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, infrastructure as code, and command-line interfaces.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, ARM, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Grafana.
