Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Manage and troubleshoot client onboarding pipelines on Azure.
• Align client requirements with PaaS platform features and define new features.
• Schedule and optimize batch jobs using an enterprise scheduler.
• Participate in problem management for the Azure technology platform.
• Provide weekend support to ensure platform availability.
• Lead design workshops and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years operational experience with mission-critical software systems.
• Hands-on experience with Public Cloud environments (primarily Azure, AWS helpful).
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, secrets management, messaging, and serverless computing.
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems and Command line (CLI) interfaces.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, ARM).
• Knowledge of Version Control (Github) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana).
• English: B2 required.

• A Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• AWS exposure and certification.
