Platform Operations Engineer (Cloud)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3–8+ years of experience in cloud operations or system administration.
• Strong expertise in AWS architecture, Linux/Unix systems, and Kubernetes, including EKS/EKS-A.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitLab, and scripting for automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global, cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

• DevOps experience.
• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated industries.
• Experience with cross-cultural collaboration and global teams.

• Maintain documentation and support second-line operational excellence.
