Security Engineer (Microsoft Cloud)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments.
• Provide technical guidance on secure architecture and implementation to IT teams and stakeholders.
• Integrate security requirements across cloud infrastructure, applications, identity, endpoints, APIs, and system integrations.
• Support security operations, including incident response, investigation, remediation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead vulnerability management activities, security assessments, penetration-testing coordination, and remediation tracking.
• Develop security standards, documentation, governance frameworks, and risk-mitigation practices.

Requirements

• Experience in information security engineering, cloud security, or security architecture.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security.
• Hands-on experience with Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview, Microsoft 365 Defender, or Intune.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, IAM, hybrid cloud security, and API security.
• Experience with vulnerability management, security assessments, and incident response.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash, plus strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Microsoft Security certifications.
