OT/IoT Security SME (OT/IoT)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Katowice, Opole, Warsaw, Lublin, Wrocław, Kraków, Poznań, or Gdańsk, Poland. Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.

What you will do

• Assess OT and ICS environments to identify security risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct OT security maturity assessments and define security roadmaps.
• Design and implement secure OT architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Support OT monitoring, threat detection, incident analysis, and response activities.
• Advise on secure OT/IT integration, remote access, network segmentation, and Zero Trust adoption.
• Provide technical consulting and guidance across complex industrial cybersecurity programs while balancing security and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Experience with Operational Technology, Industrial Control Systems, or industrial cybersecurity environments.
• Strong understanding of OT ecosystems, industrial networks, and OT/IT integration.
• Hands-on networking experience across enterprise and industrial environments.
• Experience with secure remote access, infrastructure technologies, virtualization, storage, servers, and system administration.
• Experience with OT security monitoring platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, or similar solutions, as well as threat detection and incident response.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CCNA, or equivalent security certifications.
