What you will do

• Translate global cyber security strategy into an actionable SDR roadmap and drive its execution.
• Lead a global organization of product owners, process managers, and service managers.
• Ensure the effectiveness and continuous evolution of security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response capabilities.
• Act as Chief Product Owner for global SDR services, driving standardization and value realization.
• Manage strategic partners, third-party providers, and the SDR portfolio budget.
• Define and track key performance indicators to drive measurable risk reduction aligned with the bank's risk appetite.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity or information security within large, complex organizations.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Proven experience in security operations, threat detection, and incident response.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of security data analytics and AI/ML-driven security use cases.
