Partner Integration Specialist (Partner API)

Location: København, Hovedstaden, Denmark; hybrid working from the office, home or abroad. Meetings may span Australia, Europe, and US/Canada time zones, with occasional meetings outside standard hours.

What you will do

• Act as the primary partner contact for setting up and configuring SSO, reporting, and Partner API integrations.
• Gather requirements, configure integrations, and troubleshoot issues during and after setup.
• Build and maintain expertise in the partner reporting suite, including reports, metrics, and use cases.
• Support Key Account Managers with integration and reporting questions and maintain self-service guides.
• Track open requests, manage the integration support inbox, and keep partners and internal stakeholders informed.
• Collect partner and KAM feedback and communicate serious issues and product limitations to the product and operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical, partner-facing work.
• Comfort working with technical configuration tools and APIs and communicating with technical integration teams.
• Clear written communication for email and ticket-based support.
• Strong organisation and proactive follow-through across multiple parallel requests.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and occasionally attend meetings outside standard hours.
