Salary: $121,100–$166,500 per year for the Virginia area

What you will do

• Provide Systems Engineer Technical Advisor support for the Intelligence Community Customer Ground Enterprise Directorate.
• Participate in the full software and systems development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
• Translate requirements into system solutions in collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, developers, QA, and operations.
• Apply Agile principles to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures.
• Troubleshoot system problems, implement fixes, maintain documentation, and ensure quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience, including leadership in technical projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with systems engineering tools, Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and relevant programming or scripting languages.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time-management, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
