Junior Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania; hybrid work with one work-from-home day each week

Salary: €1,600–€2,200 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Support email and SMS campaigns from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Build, schedule, and optimize campaigns and automated flows such as welcome, post-purchase, and re-engagement sequences.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior.
• Analyze opens, clicks, conversions, and other campaign metrics, sharing insights with the team.
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, creatives, and timing to improve performance.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters while supporting list growth, database hygiene, customer engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• Up to one year of experience in email or digital marketing; internships count.
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow in email and SMS marketing.
• Basic understanding of open rates, click rates, conversions, and other marketing metrics.
• Curiosity about customer behavior, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to execute, test, and continuously improve campaigns.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with an email marketing platform such as Klaviyo or Omnisend.
