What you will do

• Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across key channels including SEO, content, and YouTube.
• Identify and validate high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Organic Marketing teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates.
• Manage end-to-end growth experiments, including setup, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze performance using tools like Tableau, GSC, and Ahrefs to derive actionable improvements.
• Research competitors and market trends to discover new growth opportunities and tactics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic and/or revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Tableau, GSC, and Ahrefs.
• Experience running experiments and prioritizing growth opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and collaborate effectively across content, product, and dev teams.
