Growth Organic Specialist (SEO)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid

Salary: From €3,000 gross/month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across SEO, content, YouTube, and localization channels.
• Identify and validate high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Organic Marketing teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates.
• Run growth experiments end to end, including setup, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze performance using Tableau, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and similar tools, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Research competitors and market trends, and help build scalable systems for repeatable organic growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, or growth marketing.
• Proven experience driving organic traffic and/or revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Tableau, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Experience running experiments and prioritizing growth opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently with high ownership.
• Strong collaboration skills across content, product, and development teams.
