Salary: Starting from €4,000 gross/month plus potential stock options

What you will do

  • Develop and execute SEO growth strategies for Demilked as an affiliate-driven publisher.
  • Build AI-search strategies for Google, large language models, and AI-powered discovery.
  • Grow rankings for commercial and affiliate-intent keywords and identify high-potential content opportunities.
  • Work with content and affiliate teams to turn keyword research into commercially effective content.
  • Improve existing content, internal linking, site structure, and technical SEO.
  • Analyze performance data, set priorities and budgets, and connect SEO initiatives to revenue and referred sales.

Requirements

  • Strong SEO experience.
  • Experience with affiliate publishing or commerce-driven content.
  • Ability to own growth goals and combine strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical thinking and proactive decision-making.
  • AI-savvy mindset, curiosity, speed, and practical execution skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling affiliate, media, comparison, or commerce-driven websites.
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI-powered SEO platforms.
