Musketeer - On Premise Key Account Specialist

What you will do

• Build and nurture relationships with outlet owners and managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, and other key influencers.
• Represent the hirify.global brand and products in the on-premise environment while maintaining a premium brand image.
• Develop local customer strategies aligned with the national business strategy and identify new key-account opportunities.
• Manage account P&L, budgets, materials, tools, and internal and external resources.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with stakeholders to expand distribution and sales.
• Identify relevant sales and marketing occasions and convert market insights into impactful programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience and a professional network in hospitality and/or FMCG preferred.
• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of sales and finance processes.
• Strong planning, prioritization, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Category B driving licence, MS Office proficiency, and English proficiency required.
