Robotics Architect (Robotics)

What you will do

• Design and lead advanced robotics systems for mobile robots, drones, AGVs, AMRs, and autonomous platforms.
• Own robotics initiatives end to end, ensuring scalable architecture, production readiness, and high-quality delivery.
• Architect perception, SLAM, trajectory planning, kinematics, obstacle avoidance, and control systems.
• Build prototyping cycles and evolve experimental solutions into robust production systems.
• Lead simulation and real-world validation using Gazebo, Nvidia Isaac Sim, and HIL/SIL environments.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with robotics, AI, embedded, cloud, and client stakeholders through workshops and architecture reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of robotics software development experience, including real-time systems.
• Expert proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with hands-on ROS/ROS2 and RViz experience.
• Experience with robotics platforms, simulation and rendering tools, GPU acceleration with CUDA, OpenCV, and PCL.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, sensor and actuator integration, control systems, Unix/Linux, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production-grade Docker-based deployments.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency required. Proven leadership and client communication experience.
