Global NVIDIA Solutions Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States

Salary: $105,500–$243,000 annually in Texas, with potential variable incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global enablement strategies for NVIDIA GPU, AI infrastructure, networking, software, and reference architecture solutions.
• Lead end-to-end enablement programs, including planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, communications, execution, and outcome measurement.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and field activation programs for sales, presales, technical, and partner audiences.
• Coordinate subject matter experts across regions, business units, and external technology partners.
• Create and maintain curricula, learning paths, playbooks, sales plays, workshops, and other field-ready resources.
• Gather field feedback and analyze adoption, engagement, business impact, and solution-attach trends to improve programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, sales or technical enablement, alliance management, partner enablement, presales, business development, product management, or a related enterprise technology field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering global enablement programs for sales, technical, and partner audiences.
• 5+ years managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, business units, regions, and external partners.
• 3+ years creating training materials, learning paths, workshops, sales plays, and field-facing educational content.
• 3+ years working with AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, enterprise servers, GPUs, networking, software, cloud, or data center technologies.
• Strong program management, communication, presentation, executive engagement, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA technologies, GPU platforms, AI reference architectures, or accelerated computing.
