Intern QC Project Leads (80-100%) (Biopharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Support the execution and coordination of QC activities across multiple projects.
• Retrieve, consolidate, and maintain information from QC and business systems for customer requests, project deliverables, and business needs.
• Manage and publish accurate, up-to-date project information in SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
• Collaborate with project leaders, technical experts, and operational teams to organize stakeholder information.
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting while taking ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitalize recurring processes and data flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in project management, data management, and the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good English skills required.
• Curiosity, reliability, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
