Avaloq Project Manager (Fintech): Leading complex client implementation projects for Avaloq’s BPaaS and SaaS banking solutions with an accent on delivery planning, cross-functional coordination, budgeting, and quality management. Focus on managing concurrent international projects, negotiating with senior stakeholders, and delivering change-the-bank initiatives for global banking clients.
Location: Bioggio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working is available.

What you will do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex change-the-bank implementation projects for major banking clients.
- Coordinate solution architects, consultants, infrastructure, support services, regional banking operations, customer representatives, and external partners.
- Prepare project budgets and commercial offers with solution architects, consultants, and key account managers.
- Manage project scope, quality, timelines, budget, reporting, staffing, deliverables, and post-project reviews.
- Coach customer project managers and teams on best practices and banking processes reflected in ’s Banking Reference.
- Manage concurrent projects while supporting pre-sales activities and client proposals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as the overall project leader for large-scale projects, preferably standard software implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project management certification from a recognized accrediting body.
- Knowledge of the banking industry and bank-related processes.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience engaging stakeholders up to Steering Committee level.
- Leadership experience managing interdisciplinary and multicultural teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with international change-the-bank platform projects.
- PMP certification.
