Location: All, Quebec, Canada; onsite work model.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to industrialize new product references and identify required tools, subcontractors, standards, and certifications.
  • Develop processes from the pilot stage through industrial production and establish industrial cost pricing aligned with the business plan.
  • Prepare technical specifications and keep process documentation up to date.
  • Plan and coordinate scale-ups, process changes, risk analyses, testing phases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Harmonize processes across territories and establish contingency plans.
  • Monitor technologies, evaluate processes for current and future raw materials, and identify technical-economic solutions to reduce production costs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering; an advanced PhD is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in an industrial company in North America, preferably in food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic ingredients.
  • Strong technical expertise and a versatile engineering mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, executives, and colleagues across Quebec and other countries.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
