UK Payroll Stabilisation Specialist (Payroll)

What you will do

• Process multiple UK payrolls accurately, on time, and in line with client and statutory requirements.
• Review and validate payroll input and output data before final processing.
• Investigate discrepancies and correct payroll errors.
• Respond to payroll queries from internal teams and clients through ticketing and email systems.
• Support stabilisation team members and provide backup coverage during absences.
• Identify payroll process improvements and contribute to solution development.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end UK payroll processing, statutory regulations, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms.
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely payroll delivery.
• Ability to prioritize multiple payrolls and manage workloads effectively.
• Confident communication skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a payroll bureau environment.
