Director - Enterprise Architecture - Business Transformation Services (Enterprise Architecture)

Location: Australia, with office locations in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane; occasional national business travel

What you will do

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to design transformation strategies, roadmaps, maturity assessments, and business-aligned initiatives.
• Advise on operating models, enterprise architecture, roles and responsibilities, and best-practice transformation methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, prepare client deliverables, and present recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Lead cross-functional consulting teams, mentor team members, and contribute to Business Transformation Services practice development.
• Manage client projects and ensure delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and scalable enterprise solutions aligned across business, data, application, and technology pillars.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in management consulting or senior project advisory roles, focused on digital strategy, operating models, operational transformation, enterprise architecture, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives and delivering improvements in operational efficiency, cost reduction, business performance, or process optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, advisory, communication, team leadership, and strategic analysis skills from C-suite to delivery teams.
• Experience managing high-performing consulting teams, developing junior professionals, building client relationships, and creating sales pipelines.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, QGEA, or AGA.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Management, Business, or a related field; Australian Federal Government Baseline or NV1 security clearance is preferred.
