Enterprise Architect

hirify.global is establishing a formal Enterprise Architecture function to align technology decisions with business strategy.

What you will do

• Develop architecture standards, patterns, reference models, and governance processes across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Prepare assessments and recommendations for the Architecture Review Board and Technical Advisory Board.
• Lead evaluations of enterprise platforms, tools, and vendors, assessing security, integration complexity, total cost of ownership, and strategic fit.
• Maintain capability maps, application portfolios, integration landscapes, architecture diagrams, and target-state models in the EA repository.
• Collaborate with domain architects, business stakeholders, IT leadership, security, and compliance teams on architecture roadmaps and solution decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a closely related technology role.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and BDAT.
• Experience evaluating enterprise platforms, vendors, or technologies and preparing decision-ready documentation.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including governance boards and executives.
• Experience with EA repository or modeling tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, Orbus, or similar.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification or equivalent formal Enterprise Architecture training.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similarly regulated enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms, cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Experience supporting governance processes, intake workflows, or EA tool rollouts.
