Enterprise Architect (AI/GenAI)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Base salary: EUR 2,200–3,700 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and location-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, standards, guardrails, reusable patterns, and reference architectures.
• Translate business strategy into target architectures, roadmaps, and transition plans across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Lead architecture governance and Design Authority reviews, maintaining visibility of decisions, trade-offs, risks, and enterprise-wide impacts.
• Provide architectural oversight and pragmatic guidance to delivery teams and major transformation programmes.
• Align Domain Architects, resolve cross-domain dependencies, and promote a coherent enterprise-wide architecture approach.
• Advise senior business and technology stakeholders on investment decisions and transformation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Previous experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or large-scale transformation within global organisations.
• Expertise in architecture governance, operating models, and frameworks, including TOGAF or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of business capability modelling, application modernisation, data architecture, cloud and platform strategies, and AI/GenAI.
• Experience defining and governing target architectures in complex, matrixed environments.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI adoption patterns and reference architectures.
• Experience working with senior executive stakeholders on investment and transformation roadmap decisions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching architects in a community of practice.
