Medical Science Liaison (Sr.Mgr)

What you will do

• Serve as a therapeutic-area and product expert, providing accurate and balanced scientific information in response to unsolicited medical inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external experts, KOLs, researchers, clinicians, academic institutions, and research networks.
• Collect and summarize medical and scientific insights to inform internal strategies and research.
• Educate healthcare professionals on products, disease states, and relevant research.
• Develop and implement KOL engagement plans and provide scientific support for research activities.
• Collaborate with research, development, marketing, and clinical development operations teams to support compliant clinical trial conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences.
• At least 5 years of clinical or pharmaceutical experience, including experience in a medical affairs role.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, networking, and partnership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
