Server Tech Lead

Location: Hybrid working from the Antwerpen office and home office; listed locations include Katowice, Warsaw, Barcelona, Granada, Madrid, Malaga, Renfrew, and Ebene.

What you will do

• Lead engineering squads, mentor tech leads, and establish best practices for server technologies.
• Define architecture strategies for performance, security, scalability, and reliability across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Drive datacenter migrations, cloud adoption, platform modernization, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Product Owners to align technology with business goals.
• Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and ensure compliance, security, and platform reliability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with Nutanix, VMware, and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid-cloud strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, automation, and scripting.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical skills.
• Leadership skills in mentoring, collaboration, and driving technical excellence.
