What you will do

• Lead engineering squads, mentor tech leads, and set best practices for server technologies.
• Define strategies for performance, security, and scalability across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Drive datacenter migrations, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Product Owners to align technology with business goals.
• Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and ensure compliance, security, and reliability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid-cloud strategies.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on technical skills.
• Leadership qualities including mentoring, collaboration, and driving technical excellence.
• English: B2 required
